Suffolk punch is a fun robot light that is based on a lawnmower that my father used to cut our lawn with. While building this light I decided that he wouldn’t be paint and parts perfect. I wanted him to look like he has been used but ALSO looked after with only a few chips on the paint work and signs of wear on some of his parts. It was how my father kept his mower back in the 60s. I have been true to the paint work with the correct green on his body work and wheel. This little light started out as an old battery charger with brake parts for his arms and suspension gear. All this is fixed to a wheel on top of a turned base. IVE FINISHED HIM OFF WITH AN IN LINE FUEL PUMP WHICH GIVE HIM LOADS OF CHARACTER. SUFFLOK PUNCH stands a good 22 1/2 inches 57cm high and 8 inches 20cm wide. The bulb holder is an E27 Edison screw thread with a vintage Edison bulb supplied. There is a generous length of flex with the on off switch located on HIS CHEST.
